NTC (Negative Temperature Coefficient) thermistor is a high temperature coefficient resistor and a very sensitive semi-conductor to temperature, whose main materials are metallic oxides such as Mn, Co, Ni, Cu, etc., made by ceramics technique. Its electric conducting way is completely similar to semi-conductors like Ge and Si. When the temperature is low, less charge carriers (electron and cavity) of these oxide materials lead to a higher resistance; when the temperature is high, charge carriers increase leading to a lower resistance.
This characteristic enables NTC thermistor to be widely used in the fields of temperature sensing and temperature compensation.
Graphene Oxide/ Graphene
GO (i.e., graphene oxide) is a readily soluble derivative of graphene. Since GO both contains a variety of oxygen-containing functional groups (e.g. a carboxyl group, a hydroxyl group, an epoxy group, a carbonyl group, etc.) and possess the amphiphilic property which has both lipophilic and hydrophilic groups in the structure analysis, various stable composite slurries with good dispersion conditions can be readily attained. This makes the properties (electrical conductivity, thermal conductivity, mechanical strength, etc.) of functional composites (polymer composites, ceramic composites, metal composites, etc.) able to demonstrate completely.

As a good corporate citizen, E WAY Tech. shall bear its social resaponsibility, respect the human rights, pay close attention to conflict minerals issues continuously, and make efforts to examine its supply chain to assure the metals sources of, including but not limited to, tin (Sn), tantalum (Ta), tungsten (W) and gold (Au) (hereinafter referred as “Conflict Minerals”) are not drifted from the mines of the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) and its neighboring countries (hereinafter referred as “Conflict Regions”) controlled by armed groups. E WAY Tech. hereby expects its suppliers to comply with the Electronaic Industry Code Conduct and to only source materials from environmentally and socially responsible suppliers. In support of this, E WAY Tech. makes following commitments
Requesting suppliers not to purchase and use Conflict Minerals sourced from Conflict Regions.
Requesting suppliers to trace the origins of the origins of the minerals used, e.g. Au, Ta, Sn and W, to ensure that they are not sourced from Conflict Regions.
Requesting to notify their upstream supplers of such requirements.
